We can tailor a programme for you and offer personalised support to help you meet your specific health and fitness goals. We offer everything you need for meaningful exercise whether you are focused on fitness, flexibility or weight loss.
Our circuit equipment is designed to work every muscle group for all over toning. We have exactly what you need for an effective work out and nothing that you don’t. All our equipment is easy to use and an efficient set up that allows you to get in and out quickly.
We offer a range of high demand classes, from an express work out in the morning to step, boxing or high intensity classes. We also have a silver sneakers class for the over 50s. We are responsive to our members’ interests and can adjust classes and sessions to meet their needs. Our smaller class sizes guarantee you personalised attention and support if you need it. And we understand just how busy life can get so you won’t lose your place if you have to miss a class.
We don’t hide behind electronic apps to save money; we know that face to face support has proven to be more effective in weight loss. Our weight loss programme includes three face to face coaching sessions per week. To make sure you stay on track we also provide a monthly check in service where we also measure your BMI and blood pressure to track your progress and so we can adjust your programme to suit your changing fitness levels and health goals.
Our centre is warm and welcoming offering well lit, clean and hygienic facilities. We offer a relaxation space for that post exercise cool down and a coffee corner for that quick catch up with friends. To make your visit that little bit easier, we provide our members with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap; and even a hair dryer. One less thing for you to have to think about in order to get here.
Located in Miller Street our location not only offers easy parking but also a discreet arrival and departure so if you don’t want to be seen out and about in your trakkie daks you can make a quick getaway. We are next door to Lincraft if your interests are so inclined, and we are also opposite Shenanigans who offer a weekly Healthy Inspirations meal. If you are after a post exercise meal, you can safely indulge knowing that not only will it taste great but it won’t undo your efforts.
We are not the right choice for everyone. If 24/7 access is your priority or swimming is your passion, we may not be the right centre for you. What we are a personal health fitness centre, focused on providing genuine support and service to our members.
